The Centifuge Machine is a state-of-the-art device designed for efficient separation and processing of samples. This centrifuge combines powerful performance with a compact design, making it ideal for laboratory use.
Max. Speed: 0–4000 rpm
Max. RCF: 1795 ×g
Capacity: 20 ml × 6 (angle rotor)
Timer: 0–60 min
Power Supply: AC 220V, 50Hz
Net Weight: 7 kg
1. Place the unit on a flat, stable, level surface with at least 10 cm of clearance on all sides.
2. Open the lid, confirm the rotor is seated and screwed down securely, and load sample tubes in balanced, opposite pairs.
3. Close the lid firmly until it latches. The centrifuge will not start, and will not allow the lid to be opened, while the rotor is spinning.
4. Connect the power cord to a properly earthed AC 220V socket and switch ON at the power switch.
5. Set the desired run TIME using the left dial and the desired SPEED using the right dial.
6. Always balance tubes in opposite pairs before every run.
7. Stay near the unit during the run. Allow the rotor to come to a complete stop before opening the lid.
• Wipe the exterior and rotor chamber with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Clean up any spilled sample immediately to prevent corrosion of the rotor and chamber.
• Inspect tubes and rotor cavities periodically for cracks; discard any damaged tubes before use.
• Store in a dry, dust-free location when not in use.
• NEVER open the lid while the rotor is spinning or coasting down. Wait for a complete stop.
• ALWAYS balance tubes — load samples of equal volume and weight in opposite, paired positions. Never run with a single, unbalanced tube.
• NEVER exceed the rated tube capacity (20 ml) or the maximum rated speed (4000 rpm) for the installed rotor.
• DO NOT operate the unit with a damaged power cord, cracked rotor, or cracked lid. Stop use and contact support.
• DO NOT use with flammable, corrosive, explosive, or radioactive materials, or in a flammable-gas environment.
• DO NOT move, tilt, or unplug the unit while the rotor is in motion.
• KEEP hands, hair, jewellery, and loose clothing away from the rotor chamber at all times.
• ENSURE the unit is earthed (grounded) before connecting power. Do not use with a frayed or spliced cord.
• DO NOT let children operate this equipment. For use by trained laboratory personnel only.
DISCONNECT power before cleaning, servicing, or moving the unit.
